• Membership visits may be used by the member or shared with immediate family members residing in the same household.

• ​Members enrolled in the 4-Visit Monthly Membership may purchase additional chiropractic adjustment or acupuncture visits during the same billing month for $30 per visit.

• Members enrolled in the 8-Visit Monthly Membership may purchase additional chiropractic adjustment or acupuncture visits during the same billing month for $25 per visit.

• 10% discount on all supplements.

• 10% discount on functional health appointments.
